Jakarta, June 12, 2023 – PT. Terang Anugrah Abadi (TAA) as the Controlling Shareholder (CS) along with the Board of Directors of PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA) have made direct purchases of HRTA shares in the secondary market. TAA purchased a total of 2,600,000 shares of HRTA at a price of Rp362 on June 9, 2023. In line with the direct investment made by the CS, the HRTA Board of Directors, led by Sandra Sunanto, President Director of HRTA, purchased 690,000 shares of stock at the same price. Other members of the Board of Directors, Ong Deny and Cuncun Muliawan, each purchased 340,000 shares of stock at Rp362.
